Three vertical masses rise from the dark earth —
dense, saturated, almost black at the edges.
Not growing toward the light.
Already beyond it.
Their weight is not burden —
it is presence.

Between them: a vein of pink and terracotta.
The wound in the earth that allows passage.
Warm against the cold green,
soft against the hard dark,
the only place where something
tender still moves.

At the top: droplets of lighter green
break free from the mass.
Not falling — ascending.
Seeds. Spores. Signals.
The forest sending something
ahead of itself.

At the bottom: pure dark earth.
Brown, almost black.
The ground that holds everything —
