Slow drying at low temperature preserves the grain’s organoleptic qualities, ensuring perfect texture and authentic flavor.

How to use: Cook the Whole Spaghetti in plenty of salted water for about 9 minutes, or until reaching the desired texture. Drain and dress as you like with your favorite sauce.
