The new peeled tomatoes are made from 100% Italian fresh whole tomatoes, blanched and peeled at the ideal stage of ripeness, then packaged within 48 hours of harvesting to preserve their natural qualities and enhance their unmistakable flavor. They are prepared without added salt or any other ingredients and capture the taste of the finest tomatoes, even during the winter season. Ideal for preparing soups, topping pizza, in pasta dishes, main courses, and side dishes. They also pair excellently with cheese.
