The new peeled tomatoes are made from 100% Italian fresh whole tomatoes, which are blanched, peeled at the right stage of ripeness, and packaged within 48 hours of harvesting to preserve their naturalness and enhance their unmistakable flavor. They are prepared without added salt or other ingredients and capture the taste of the best tomatoes even in the winter season. Ideal for preparing soups, on pizza, in first courses, main dishes, and side dishes. Also excellent paired with cheeses.
