Made with Ottofile Corn and 100% Piedmontese Organic Buckwheat, these cakes are ideal as a bread substitute or to create light snacks.
They are free from colorings, preservatives, and GMOs. They contain little salt and are therefore suitable for a low-sodium diet and in cases of high blood pressure.
The great thing about these cakes is that you can eat them whenever and wherever you want.

We believe in short supply chains and the sustainability of local products, which is why we wanted them to be 100% Piedmontese; made with Ottofile Corn and Buckwheat grown in the lands of the high Langa in Piedmont, province of Cuneo.
The raw material is whole, intact, wholegrain. This allows us to preserve, during the pressing phase, all the nutritional and sensory benefits.
