The Nugà Cookie contains a winning combination: caramelized hazelnuts and almonds added to the dough made from Type 1 Soft Wheat Flour and stone-ground Corn Flour from our Mill.

The Nugà Cookie is a crispy and tasty cookie, perfect for a coffee break, tea time, or why not, to start the day right with a special breakfast. When dipped in coffee, the flavor of the caramelized nuts is even more enhanced.
