characteristics and properties: Fennel seeds have always been associated with digestive well-being: they aid digestion and contribute to gastric comfort after meals, thanks to their natural content of anethole and flavonoids. Rich in Vitamin C to support the immune system, Potassium for cardiovascular well-being, and Calcium and Magnesium for bone and muscle metabolism. An excellent source of fiber for intestinal well-being and of natural antioxidants such as polyphenols and terpenoids. directions for use: Use whole or lightly crushed in a mortar to release the aroma to its fullest. They can be dry-roasted in a pan for 1-2 minutes to intensify the fragrance before use. Recommended serving: 1-2 teaspoons. Excellent as a digestive infusion: steep 1 teaspoon in boiling water for 8-10 minutes, strain and drink after meals.
