Biscuit made with the finest rice flour and excellent whole yogurt produced on a farm in Cuneo: we choose local producers and outstanding quality.

Rice and yogurt ring cakes originated more than 20 years ago from an idea by Fabrizio. The main and most important ingredient is certainly the flour, produced in our mill using only the power of water and stone grinding.

Perfect biscuits for breakfast, on their own or with jam, such as raspberry jam. Also excellent with tea at breakfast or during a coffee break.

No artificial colorings, no preservatives, GMO-free

ingredients: Soft WHEAT flour ""Type 1"", rice flour 10%, sugar, BUTTER, sunflower oil, cocoa butter, 5% whole YOGURT, fresh grade A EGGS, fresh whole MILK, raising agent: ammonium bicarbonate; unrefined sea salt. May contain HAZELNUTS, ALMONDS, SOY and MUSTARD
