Our latest creation, designed for those who don’t want to give up the indulgence of a cocoa cookie but with greater lightness:
A mix of flours, rye, spelt, barley, strictly stone-ground, added to type 1 soft wheat flour, with peach pulp from the province of Cuneo and bitter cocoa.
The aromas of this cookie are truly unique: the combination of peach pulp and cocoa is a real bomb! Moreover, the addition of unrefined flours has always distinguished our cookies and makes them tasty and a source of fiber.
No colorants, No preservatives, GMO free
Ingredients: type 1 SOFT WHEAT flour 34%, cane sugar, sunflower oil, cocoa butter, wholemeal flour of: RYE 7%, SPELT 7%, BARLEY flakes 5%, peach pulp 4%, bitter cocoa 3%, barley malt extract, leavening agents: cream of tartar, sodium bicarbonate; whole sea salt. May contain HAZELNUTS, ALMONDS, SOY, and MUSTARD
