directions for use — Hair: Mix the required amount of Amla with hot water until a creamy paste forms. Leave to rest for 15-20 minutes. Apply to the hair and scalp and leave on for 45-60 minutes. Rinse with water only to achieve brightness and shine.

directions for use — Face and Body: Mix with lukewarm water and apply for 1-15 minutes without allowing it to dry. Remove gently, rinse and apply a moisturising cream.
