The powder of Amla, rich in vitamin C, is one of the most used remedies in Ayurvedic Medicine for its antioxidant properties. When applied to hair, scalp, and skin, it has a nourishing and restorative effect.
On hair: it rejuvenates, repairs, and strengthens damaged hair, aiding growth and making it full-bodied, smooth, and soft. It prevents split ends by strengthening and nourishing the roots. When applied regularly, it prevents hair greying thanks to its slightly darkening property.
On face and body: Suitable for cleansing the face and body, even on sensitive and acne-prone skin, it prevents inflammation and reduces pores.

Directions for use:
-Hair: mix in a bowl the needed amount of Amla with warm water until a creamy paste forms and let it rest for 15 - 20 minutes. Apply the mixture to cover hair and scalp and leave it on for 45/60 minutes. Rinse only with water to achieve shine and brightness of the hair.
-Face and body: Mix the needed amount in a bowl with lukewarm water and apply for 1 - 15 minutes without letting it dry. Gently remove the mask, rinse, and apply a moisturizing cream.
