Chocolate and Hazelnut Subrik - Cavanna

A traditional Piedmontese biscuit, based on the historic Cavanna family recipe, in an even more indulgent version

In addition to maize and soft wheat flours, this version is made even more delicious and indulgent by the addition of two special ingredients:

- Tonda Gentile Trilobata hazelnuts, the famous Piedmontese hazelnut, also known as the Langhe hazelnut, considered the best hazelnut in the world, with its particularly bold and enveloping flavour

- dark chocolate chips, which capture the intense aroma of cocoa and pair perfectly with the flavour of the hazelnut.
