Slow drying (7-12 hours at 60-65 °C) preserves the wheat's organoleptic qualities, ensuring a firm texture, good cooking resistance, and authentic flavor.

How to use: Cook the Spaghettoni in plenty of salted water for about 14 minutes, or until the desired doneness is reached.
Drain and season as you like with hearty sauces, flavored oils, or lighter preparations.
