Slow drying at low temperature preserves the grain's organoleptic qualities, ensuring a perfect texture and authentic flavor.

How to use: Cook the Sedanini in plenty of salted water for about 10 minutes, or until the desired texture is reached. Drain and dress to taste with your favorite sauce. Ideal for traditional Italian dishes, sedanini are suitable for a wide range of preparations, from meat sauces to vegetarian dressings.
