Cookie made with the best rice flour and an excellent whole yogurt produced on a farm in Cuneo: we choose local producers and excellent quality.
The rice and yogurt donuts were created over 20 years ago from an idea by Fabrizio. The main ingredient, the most important, is definitely the flour, produced in our Mill only with the power of water and stone grinding.
Perfect cookies for breakfast, alone or with a jam, for example raspberry jam. Also great with tea at breakfast or during a coffee break.
