The Happy Bear Blue Giraffe Pocket Diaper combines practicality, sustainability and style in one product. Thanks to its adjustable fit with snap buttons, it fits babies from 4 to 15 kg - from birth through potty training - so you never need to buy a new size.

The waterproof outer is made from polyurethane derived from recycled PET bottles, GRS certified (Global Recycled Standard): a conscious choice that turns waste into resources without compromising performance. The suede-like inner fabric keeps your baby's skin dry and soft for longer.

How the Pocket system works

The pocket diaper is the most flexible reusable diaper system: insert one or both inserts into the pocket before putting it on, then remove them at changing time and put everything in the laundry. You can adjust the absorbency to suit your needs:

• For light daytime use — one microfibre insert
• For heavy daytime use or older children — bamboo insert + microfibre insert together
• For overnight use — add an extra bamboo or hemp booster (available separately)

For bowel movements, use the practical disposable bamboo liners (available separately): remove and dispose of them after changing to keep the diaper clean and make washing easier.

Use & care advice

• 🧺 Washing: wash the diaper and inserts separately for more effective cleaning. Fold the Velcro inward before putting them in the washing machine.
• ❌ Do not tumble dry — this damages the elastic and the waterproof polyurethane layer.
• ❌ Do not use fabric softener — it reduces the inserts' absorbency over time.
• 🌦️ Drying: air-dry, preferably in the sun. Sunlight naturally sanitises the fabric.
• 💧 Breaking in: rinse the bamboo inserts 2-3 times before first use. They reach maximum absorbency after approximately 10 washes.
