This oil is a warm, balsamic base note that resembles the scent of resin.

In cosmetics, it is useful for those with circulation problems, cellulite, or water retention. Also helpful for counteracting edema and bruises.

Mix a few drops with a vegetable oil (e.g. almond oil) and massage the affected areas, or pour a few drops into the bathwater.
