features and properties: Walnuts are among the most nutritionally valuable nuts: exceptionally rich in plant-based Omega-3 fatty acids, natural allies of cardiovascular and nervous system well-being. They contain polyphenols and Vitamin E with antioxidant properties, Magnesium, Phosphorus and Zinc, which support energy metabolism and bone health, as well as plant-based proteins and fiber, which promote satiety and intestinal well-being. Naturally gluten-free and suitable for vegetarian and vegan diets.

how to use: Ready to enjoy raw, straight from the package, as a natural and nutritious snack. A serving of 4-5 kernels per day - approximately 30 grams - is recommended to obtain maximum benefits. Delicious paired with honey, aged cheeses, fresh autumn fruit or a square of dark chocolate for a tasty and balanced snack.

in the kitchen: Walnuts are an iconic ingredient in Italian and international cuisine. Coarsely chopped, they enrich salads, walnut pesto pasta, autumn risottos and fresh pasta fillings. Whole, they decorate cakes, tarts and traditional desserts such as walnut and honey cake. Essential in classic walnut bread, homemade energy bars and mixed nuts. In savory dishes, they pair beautifully with blue cheeses, radicchio, pears and white meats.
