Brazil, Central America, South America, India and Indonesia make up a rich and varied blend. Brazil brings roundness and notes of cocoa and nuts. Central America is traditionally associated with sweetness and fine acidity. India and Indonesia contribute the Robusta, with a hazelnut and spicy character.
