Amber-colored with dark tones, this honey has a less sweet taste compared to other types and leaves a slightly salty aftertaste😋.

It has a creamy consistency, similar to caramel. Thanks to its enzymes, it helps reduce body temperature and fight fever symptoms🤒.

• To relieve sore throat: Warm the juice of a lemon in a double boiler, mix two tablespoons of eucalyptus honey, and take it lukewarm👩‍⚕️.
• For cough: Dissolve a tablespoon of eucalyptus honey in a mint herbal tea🍃🍯☕.
• Perfect to accompany: Fruit or vegetables simply dressed with oil, lemon, and honey🍑🥗🫒🍋🍯.

To produce this type of honey, we practice "nomad beekeeping," moving our hives to the southwest area of Sardinia, in Campidano.

The flowering of this plant occurs in summer and represents an essential nutritional source for our bees during a period when other blooms are scarce.
