Dairy-free biscuit, very light thanks to spelt flour and apple pulp
The Spelt is an ancient grain that has undergone few changes over the centuries: the kernel is the same and the properties are exceptional.
We mill the spelt inside our Mulino della Riviera and obtain a coarse, wholemeal flour. In this biscuit, we use a blend of Dicoccum Spelt, the oldest spelt, together with Spelta, a more modern species suitable for processing. The result is a workable biscuit that is at the same time very digestible.
Ideal for those who cannot consume wheat or dairy because it is free of milk and butter, a perfect biscuit for breakfast, dipped in milk or tea, or for a healthy and tasty snack.
