Corn Cakes, a delicious alternative to bread
Made with 100% Piedmontese corn, these corn cakes are ideal as a substitute for bread or for creating light snacks.
They are free from colourings, preservatives and GMOs. They contain little salt and are therefore suitable for a low-sodium diet and in cases of hypertension.
Ideal for breakfast with jam, a spread or honey, as a substitute for bread during main meals, or for creating delicious, light snacks with fresh cheeses and vegetables.
We believe in short supply chains and the sustainability of local products, which is why we wanted them to be 100% Piedmontese; they are made with different varieties of corn grown in the fields of the Alta Langa area in Piedmont, in the province of Cuneo.
The raw material is whole, intact and wholegrain. This allows us to preserve all its nutritional and organoleptic benefits during pressing.
