We believe in short supply chains and the sustainability of local products, which is why we wanted them to be 100% Piedmontese; made with different types of grains grown in the fields of the Alta Langa area in Piedmont, in the province of Cuneo. The raw material is whole, intact, and unrefined. This allows us to preserve all its nutritional and organoleptic benefits during pressing.
