For over 20 years, this ring cake has been one of our most popular specialties. The credit goes to the high-quality ingredients:

- Coarsely sifted type 1 soft wheat flour, milled at our mill
- Langhe hazelnuts from crops grown in our local area
- Dark chocolate chips.

These carefully selected ingredients make the ring cakes a real treat for the palate, crunchy and not too crumbly.
