A perfectly balanced flavor that surprises thanks to the organic flax seeds, which, once toasted in the oven, offer an aftertaste with subtle notes of coffee and malt. Flax seeds are also rich in linoleic acid, which is essential for our bodies.

The whole-grain rye flour from the Maira Valley is grown just a few meters from our biscuit factory, in a hilly/mountainous climate that lends it unique aromas and fragrances.

The rye is milled entirely inside our Mulino della Riviera, using only the power of water, as was once done in the many mills throughout our valleys.

Our Cereals and Seeds Cookie is perfect for everyday breakfast, crunchy and just the right amount of nutritious.
Thanks to its high content of fiber and organic seeds, including sunflower seeds, it is perfect for athletes and for those who practice endurance sports such as cycling, running or walking.
