One of the latest creations from Biscottificio Cavanna.

A great balance of flavor that surprises thanks to the organic flax seeds, which once toasted in the oven offer an aftertaste with light notes of coffee and malt. Flax seeds are also rich in linoleic acid, essential for our body.

The whole rye flour from the Maira Valley is grown just a few meters from our biscuit factory, in a hilly/mountain climate that provides unique aromas and fragrances.

The rye is entirely milled inside our Mulino della Riviera, using only the power of water, as was done in the many mills of our valleys in the past.

Our Cereal and Seed Biscuit is perfect for everyday breakfast, crunchy and nutritious just right.
Given the high fiber content and organic seeds, including sunflower, they are perfect for athletes and for those who practice endurance sports like cycling, running, or walking.
