They contain Vitamin E and concentrated Vitamin C for antioxidant action. Naturally gluten-free, suitable for vegetarian and vegan diets.

directions for use: Ready to enjoy straight from the package as a natural, sweet snack. A serving of 30-40 grams is recommended. Delicious when soaked in lukewarm water for 15 minutes to restore a texture similar to that of fresh fruit, then used in cooking or enjoyed as they are.

in the kitchen: Dried apricots are versatile in both sweet and savory cooking. Chopped, they enrich muesli, granola, porridge and yogurt. Whole or halved, they pair well with aged cheeses, charcuterie boards and cured meats. In Middle Eastern and North African cuisine, they pair wonderfully with couscous, lamb tagine and pilaf rice.
