✅ 500 ml Green Natural bottles (body)
The bottles must be:
- Empty
- Intact (without cracks, breaks, or deformation)
- In their original condition and suitable for reuse

HOW IT WORKS — STEP BY STEP
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
1. COLLECT at least 6 empty bottles (1L LavaVerde and/or 500ml Green Natural)
2. PACK the bottles:
- Preferably use the original box in which you received
your order — it is already the right size for the courier
- Alternatively, use any other sturdy box or bag
within the maximum dimensions indicated below
- Make sure the bottles do not move inside
3. CONTACT US to receive your free return label:

4. RECEIVE the QR label by email or WhatsApp
(to print or show on your smartphone)
5. SHIP the package by taking it to the nearest locker by the date indicated on the label.
6. RECEIVE YOUR REFUND within 5 business days of our receipt.
