WHICH BOTTLES YOU CAN RETURN

✅ LavaVerde bottles of 1 liter
✅ Green Natural bottles (body) of 500 ml

The bottles must be:
- Empty
- Intact (no cracks, breaks, or deformations)
- In original condition, suitable for reuse

HOW IT WORKS — STEP BY STEP
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

1. COLLECT at least 6 empty bottles (LavaVerde 1L and/or Green Natural 500ml)

2. PACK the bottles:
- Preferably use the original box you received
your order — it is already the right size for the courier
- Alternatively, use any other sturdy box or envelope
respecting the maximum dimensions indicated below
- Make sure the bottles do not move inside

3. CONTACT US to receive your free return label:

Tell us the number of bottles you want to return

4. RECEIVE the QR label via email or WhatsApp
(to print or show from smartphone)

5. SHIP by taking the package to the nearest locker by the date indicated on the label.

6. RECEIVE THE REFUND within 5 working days from our receipt.

CONDITIONS

- Minimum 6 bottles to activate the return

- Mixed bottles LavaVerde 1L and Green Natural 500ml are accepted in the same package

- The refund is issued within 5 working days from receipt of the package
